After battling with obesity, eating disorders, depression, and body image issues all her life, Mawra decided to try one last time but this time go beyond diet and weight loss. The result was losing 60 kg, constantly motivating and guiding people to do the same that piqued her interest in knowing the science and psychology behind transformations. She started studying sports science completing various international degrees while working a full time corporate job in advertising. At the peak of her career in advertising (the highest ever package she’d received), she decided to follow her passion in 2018 and become a full-time fitness coach. 8 years later, she still considers it to be one of the best decisions of her life.
